ISB again triumphed at the Babson Entrepreneurial Leadership Shark Bowl competition, held on Saturday, December 3rd in Boston, capturing highest honors for the second year in a row. Individually or in one of 16 teams from five schools, students pitched their startups to five professionals from different disciplines:
- Babson College Professor
- Patent Lawyer, Boston firm
- Engineer from MIT
- Serial Entrepreneur
- Morgan Stanley Investor
Johanna Arnet and her idea, AquaZip, a turbine system that is inserted in the water pipes in any household or building to create electricity from the mechanical energy generated, took home the Bowl. Thomas Durand captured the Innovation Award, and the Community Impact Award was won by Lexi Hamilton. Congratulations to all ISB participants!
