We are looking forward to another great season as the ISB Girls Varsity Soccer Team enters its second year. Camaraderie and enthusiasm brought lots of energy to our first game on Wednesday, September 19th vs. the British International School of Boston, 2017 league champions. After a rocky start left us down 0-2 twenty minutes into the first half, we came back strong, tying up the score by half-time. Determined, we launched back into the game with renewed vigor, scoring 2 more goals, and bringing us up to 4-2. The British came back, and in the final moments, tied the score at 4-4. It was an exciting start of the season, with great plays and teamwork, and impressive saves by our rookie goalie, Eliza Nilson. Go Blue Terriers!
