Have you had a program freeze up while using your computer and been unable to continue on your work? You can use the Windows task manager to quit the frozen program. Hit the Control, Alt, and Delete keys. Choose the option "Task Manager". Now you will see the tasks you have running listed. Select the one that is frozen and choose "End Task". If your frozen program is gmail or another program that runs on the browser, you will need to end the "Google Chrome" task.
