If you click on the link to send emails in Veracross and there is a pop up that you will need to install an application, you will need to fix this by setting Gmail as the default email client in Chrome. If you are not already in Gmail, navigate in a Chrome tab to https://www.gmail.com and log in with your ISB account. In the right of the URL bar, just next to the star for setting favorites, there will be two linked diamonds. Click them. Select "Allow" and then the Done button.
