ISB Varsity Girls' Basketball Team vs. Bradford Christian Academy - GIL Championship Game - Wednesday, February 13th.
We might have earned the Silver, but the ISB Varsity Girls' Basketball Team is solid gold! Maybe the mismatched uniforms threw us off because we could not stop those girls in the yellow shorts.
The final score did not reflect the majority of the game. In the second half we cut the lead to 5, but final score was 38-58. Kimmy Robasson had nice hustle and rebounding, and Maya Tait hit four 3s. The team gave its best effort and never gave up! A real championship effort! We are so proud of this team, and can't wait for the next season.
We do have a game on Monday, March 4th in the ISB gymnasium against the British International School of Boston. Come on out and cheer us on one last time! Let's go Blue Terriers!
