For the eighth straight year, an ISB Model UN delegation participated at the annual Model United Nations Conference at MIT on Friday through Sunday, February 10th-12th. This is a premier international conference that attracts schools worldwide. ISB had a delegation of 21 students, representing several different committees and countries. The assignment for the three-day conference was to come up with feasible solutions to controversial and challenging global affairs. Dealing with the problem of North Korea's testing of nuclear missiles, cyber security in Southeast Asian nations, and the problem of conflict minerals were just a few of the topics addressed.

Several of our delegates participated in this conference on Friday and Saturday, before going on to compete in the State Fencing Championships on Sunday! Such dedication!
